Overview

Levels are used to organize spaces. Create the type of space hierarchy with the different tiers in this section. For an example of a space hierarchy, review our Citywide Spaces help article.

Navigate to Home > Assets > Spaces > Levels

Create a Hierarchy

1. Click Manage Hierarchies on the Levels grid.
2. Click  + New Hierarchy .
3. Enter the Hierarchy Name.
4. Select the Number of Tiers from the drop down (minimum is 3 tiers).
5. Enter a Name, Plural Name and Prefix for Tier 1.
6. Repeat steps for subsequent Tiers.
   1. Note: All fields are mandatory
7. Click  Add .

Edit a Hierarchy

1. Click Manage Hierarchies.
2. Click the Edit tool .
3. Make the required changes to the Hierarchy or Tier(s)
4. Click Save.

Delete a Hierarchy

1. Click Manage Hierarchies.
2. Click the Delete tool . When prompted, click Remove

   Deleting a hierarchy will delete all spaces linked to it.
3. Click Save.
